All shipping is done trough Canada Post.

Shipping schedule:

Orders are shipped twice a week on Monday and Tuesday. All order placed after 7 am E.T. on shipping days will be mailed with the next shipment.

Tracking:

Orders under $50 CAD will not be provided with tracking except if the item " Tracking Please" is added to the cart. All order with a value of $50 CAD or more will automatically be upgraded to regular tracking shipping.

Shipping delay:

Once the product are sent it is no longer under my control as when it will arrive. I or the shop can not be held responsible for delay due to carrier or custom. Please refer with the carrier for any shipping delay or issues.

Orders can be shipped trough out North America and most of Europe except if local laws prohibits importation of the products ordered. In the case where the product sent is not allowed and it would be confiscated no refund will be provided unless the item is returned to sender (see return for further details).
